1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the web platform of PGT Technologies (technologies.pgtglobalnetwork.com) or by entering into a Master Services Agreement (MSA) for custom software development, AI solutions, or technology consulting, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
PGT Technologies operates as an independent technology division under PGT Global Network. All corporate contracts, scope deliverables, and legal commitments are governed under this institutional umbrella.
2. Scope of Services & Consultations
PGT Technologies provides custom software engineering, enterprise AI deployment, business process automation, and cloud infrastructure management.
- Initial technology consultations scheduled via our platform represent non-binding strategic dialogues to evaluate business requirements.
- Specific engineering deliverables, milestones, payment schedules, and SLAs are governed by project-specific Statements of Work (SOW) executed separately between PGT Technologies and the client.
3. Intellectual Property Rights & Code Ownership
We firmly uphold our core differentiator of Technology Independence with Zero Vendor Lock-in:
- Custom Codebase Ownership: Upon full settlement of contractual milestone invoices, 100% of custom source code, database architectures, and specific software artifacts engineered for the client are assigned directly to the client.
- Pre-existing Frameworks & Open Source: Proprietary libraries, open-source frameworks (e.g., Next.js, React, Python libraries), or pre-existing internal tools utilized by PGT Technologies remain under their respective license agreements.
4. Warranties & Service Level Agreements (SLA)
We warrant that all custom software deliverables will be built adhering to strict modern engineering standards, Core Web Vitals targets, and WCAG accessibility guidelines specified in the project contract.
While we guarantee high-quality code and rigorous QA testing prior to release, PGT Technologies is not liable for operational failures resulting from unauthorized third-party code modifications, server infrastructure outages outside our control, or improper admin usage.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the legal frameworks applicable to PGT Global Network corporate operations. Any legal disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction in the appropriate commercial courts of Maharashtra, India.
